Any service performed under the Limited Warranty must be performed by an Ilmor certified Sales and Service Center. The Owner of the Products is responsible for the operation, maintenance and care of the Products as described in the Owner Manual. The Owner must maintain records of all service and maintenance performed on the Products. Maintenance records will be required for proof of proper scheduled maintenance to determine warranty eligibility. It is the Owner’s responsibility to report any service issue arising during the Limited Warranty period immediately to prevent the possibility of further damage to the Products. Damage resulting from a delay in repair of the Products may not be covered under the Limited Warranty.
The purchase of these parts is intended for the service of Ilmor products that are not covered under the factory Limited Warranty.
