Return Process
Ilmor accepts returns within 60-days of the original purchase date. Please email returns@ilmor.com to request a refund. The cost of shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

In the return package the customer must include a copy of their invoice or order confirmation. Additionally, please write “Ilmor Parts Return” on the outside of the box. Ilmor does not receive Freight Collect return shipments. Any product returned to Ilmor without the required information stated above will have a $25 handling fee deducted from their total refund amount.
Refund Information
Returns will be processed 1-2 weeks after the item is received. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to the original method of payment. Refund processing can take between 1-5 business days, and it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly credit card statement. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories. Items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation. Parts and/or merchandise that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
Unless due to Ilmor error or specific written exception has been made, all items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee (calculated off base part price, before discounts), with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00. This will be deducted from the refund amount. Ilmor will not refund the shipping and handling paid on the order. Additional fees may be applied for any damaged product returns, including parts shipped in error by Ilmor.
